Awakening to Chicago's New Electronic Reality

Soldier Field will become a laser light spectacle on Saturday June 16^th and Sunday June 17^th for the Spring Awakening music festival, an electronic affair hosted by React Presents and the Congress Theater. Chicago’s newest fest will feature over 70 artists, including Afrojack, Skrillex, Benny Benassi, and A-Trak.

The event was first hosted in 2008, but it has since outgrown its original 4,800 person capacity venue in the Congress Theater. The move is Soldier Field’s first foray into the dance-music fest sphere.

Mark Foster, Kimbra, and A-Trak have teamed up to create "Warrior," the latest single in Converse's "Three Artists, One Song" campaign. If you’re familiar with any of them, it’s just what you'd expect, a perfect blend of their music. The video itself is very colorful and exciting.
