It's finally that time of year again. It's almost as if the days before Lollapalooza bring a calmness throughout the city. A "Twas' the Night Before Christmas" sort of feeling runs rampant through the minds of Lolla goers everywhere as the countdown continues to the ultimate first weekend of August. The constant question of what to wear to Chicago's grand festival is a tough one. Do you want to me comfortable and casual? Ready to take on the rain like last year? Or savvy and impress the photographers and sneak your way into the fashion scene. However, what will you wear if you plan to attend the fest and after shows all in the same day? One must attempt to find an outfit that will take them from the heat and crowds at Grant Park to the more intimate after shows.
Never fear! Stic-of-the-Week and fashion designer, Cynthia Rowley are hosting an event tomorrow, August 2nd for Lolla goers to shop looks that will take them from day to night without breaking a sweat. We'll be putting together a rack of clothing to display the looks we think you'll love most for Lolla. Shop chic and cool neoprene pieces, a fantastic fabric that actually works with boy temperature to keep you comfy. Or choose from the super easy "Print Edition" pieces that is a special collection of items under $100. Add some awesome Lolla music, treats from Storefront Company and a tasty discount of 20% off full price items. Now that's how to get in the spirit!
