Mitt Romney's campaign apparently decided it would be ok to use Silversun Pickup's 2009 hit "Panic Switch" at campaign stops without asking for permission.
That's why the band has issued a cease and desist to the Romney campaign.
Lead singer Brian Aubert said, "We don't like people going behind our backs, using our music without asking, and we don't like the Romney campaign."
Tell it like it is, Brian. Tell it like it is.
Brian also notes the irony of using a song called "Panic Switch" in one's presidential campaign.
