Eat what what you want on TG - Tracy Anderson

Tracy Anderson totally changed my body shape, all her workouts are amazing and keep you toned up. I personally recommend mixing her workouts with Yoga, and running at least three days a week. Also be sure to change things up a little bit. Go to to find out more about her studio in NYC and LA. She also has a bunch of DVD's. My person favorite is the Mat workout.
