While New York Fashion Week is in full swing showcasing all that is on trend for spring and summer 2013, let's take a moment to remind ourselves that it is finally fall. Finally time to bust out some of those looks we got oh so excited about in January during NYFW. This fall rules seem to go out the window in exchange for head to toe prints, mixing and matching and layering like nobody's business. Chicago, this season EVERYONE will layer.
