Takes Place in Your Work Place. New EP from White Denim

White Denim has always had an such a great psychedelic, experimental feel to their music. You can always expect them to rock and you can tell in the construction of every song that diligent, hardworking, american, sweat, blood, and tears has gone into each track. In their new EP released, Takes Place In Your Work Place, the listener gets all this and more. The group takes a catchy little turn on this record, incorporating brilliant indie-pop threads that twine themselves throughout the record; In all enhancing White Denim's quirky infective nature and their daring thoughtful choices. I really love every track on the record but the track "Cat City" is really hitting my Halloween spot, in title and in ghostly atmospheric sound. :) White Denim opens for Manchester Orchestra on Mon.
