Recently I was introduced to Jennifer Howard founder of Belles & Whistles who has a online thrift boutique on Etsy. The Orlando native, has a fashion background and started up this online marvel.
She takes vintage dresses and reconstructs them in stylish gems. She pairs feminine dresses/skirts with cute belts, and vintage handbags. Its amazing to see what her creative eye takes on, that someone would normally pass over at a vintage store or estate sale. She takes the vintage and brings the clothing back to life, and full of youth.
