M83: "Ali & Matthias"

M83 has done yet another amazing collaboration, this time with director Yann Gonzalez and his first film, You And The Night. The soundtrack is romantic and ethereal, reminding us all of M83's earlier albums: Saturday = Youth, Before the Dawn Heals Us, etc etc. Anthony Gonzalez of M83 warns listeners that:
"People who only like "Midnight City” are going to be disappointed. Mellow and romantic, this soundtrack pays tribute to French soundtracks from the 70's and is much more intimate than Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming and the Oblivion Soundtrack. This score is really for lovers and ghosts.”
