Today Pitchfork announced the start of their lineup for this year's Pitchfork Musical Festival which will be taking place in Chicago’s Union Park from July 13th-15th.Here's the initial lineup: Vampire Weekend, Feist, Hot Chip, AraabMuzik, ASAP Rocky, Godspeed You!, Black Emperor, Grimes, Cloud Nothings, Tim Hecker, the Field, Liturgy, Willis Earl Beal, and Kendrick Lamar.
Personally, I am a wimp and tend to turn into a pile of mush during summer music festivals, but this lineup is looking good. Perhaps I’ll toughen up this year and attend.
