In light of the summer weather we are having in Chicago, and for the fact that Avocado's are in season and on sale at the market. Speaking of which, I'm really excited that Green City Market is back up and running as of the beginning of May. Go to Local Harvest to find a local Farmers Market near you. I found this receipt on Weelicious.com, which is actually a site for Mom's to find healthy fun things to make for kids and their families, but I'm finding myself on their all the time finding easy to make food/drink receipts.
