Chelsea's Veggie Turkey Chili



Ingredients:
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of kidney beans
1 package of chili seasoning
1 palm full of sea salt
1 palm full of chili powder
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 zucchini  
1 carrot
1 white onion
1 pound of turkey meat

Optional: Package or oyster crackers/ or fresh Baguette


Cut up veggies and place in large sauce pan, spay with PAM or put some cooking oil in it, then put cut up veggies besides the onion in the pan, and let them cook for about 10 minutes, and stir occasionally. Put salt and chili powder in at the half way mark (5 mins). Once they are cooked up add the kidney beans and just let it all heat up while you are finishing the turkey meat.

Put turkey meat is frying pan with onion, this way they will brown, and give the meat flavor too, let the turkey meat cook up most the way then add seasoning package, and splash water on the meat, it will make the season mix better.

Once turkey meat is done, add to sauce pan and then add the diced tomatoes, stick the pot lid on and let it cook up for about 5 or some more minutes.
