I was up at my sisters over Thanksgiving weekend, and she really got me hooked on having tea at night. It really has a way relaxing you and of course in the winter warming you up. I usually boil water and let it steep in my tea pot and then just add some honey (My personal favorite store bought tea is The Tea of Life). I also sometimes mix it up with almond milk or soy milk. Don't forget to get decaffeinated!
