Yes, asparagus is in season! Its so easy to make, and tastes amazing. I cook it on the grill or frying pan with olive oil and sea salt, that's it! Then chicken with Salt Lick's (BBQ place right outside Austin, picked it up on my trip to SXSW) special dry rub, this meal took no time to make and is a no brainer to make!
I did find a site which you can get the Salt Lick Dry Rub, so you don't have to go all the way down to Texas and get it. Go to this site!
Time to eat!

Chic Chic Chicken
Caribbean Chicken
This receipt feeds two, perfect for Valentine’s Day meal.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 lemon
1 orange
1 hand full of cranberries
Palm full of salt/pepper
1 cup of chicken stock
¼ cup flour (optional if you want to make gravy)
Turn oven to 450 degrees, place chicken breasts in pan with chicken stock, then shave (orange/lemon zest) off the outside of both the orange and lemon (use cheese grader) and put on chicken. Next cut orange and lemon and squeeze over chicken. Poor on cranberries and place in oven for 25 minutes.
Once chicken is cooked, you can leave it just how it is and pour over chicken or put in dipping cup. If you want a thick gravy, you can just add some flour.
Not pictured but recommendations what to put with Caribbean Chicken:
-Serve with veggies, such as a mixed pepper medley with olive oil
-Goose goose
-Green salad with homemade croutons, and use the chicken stock from the chicken as dressing.
