This is a little bit off my normal style and music topic, I guess this falls a little bit under style, doesn't everyone want to be healthy? I've been asked a lot recently, what arm work out to I do. Her name is Tracy Anderson, and I started her work out about two years ago. She does much more then just arms, her whole philosophy is to make everything tiny but being strong. She also tells everyone in her program not to lift anymore then 3 lbs weights. These days she is much more well known in the work out world with clients like Gwyneth Paltrow, Courtney Cox and Kate Hudson. She now has her own gyms in NYC and LA as well. I came across this video she did for Hamptons magazine and figured I would share it with my readers.
